burnt entree stained carpet
I was told upon arrival that no coffee was available. This proved incorrect. My balcony pavers were riddled with weeds. Dead leaves had accumulated for a long time. The Italian restaurant served a burnt entree. Pizza was overloaded with sauce and minimal toppings. Pasta quality mirrored the pizza. I saw a window with thick mold obscuring the view. Blinds were shredded with splatters on them. The room's carpet was stained. The coffee table had fingerprints. The shower mat had hair. There was no hand towel hook or ventilation in the bathroom. Pillows need replacing. Noise continued into the early hours. I shortened my stay and received only a verbal apology. This hotel needs maintenance and better cleaning.
