noisy aircon stained lounge
I found the air conditioning system to be excessively noisy. the lounge furniture showed significant wear and staining. i also noted a persistent unpleasant odour in both bathrooms and near the garbage disposal area. This alone might have been tolerable. however, discovering a large cockroach in my son's bed was completely unacceptable, particularly given the high price i paid for the accommodation.

mediocre stay, some issues noted
the location proved convenient for accessing transport links.
The room smelled bad. I think the drains were the cause. the curtains did not block out the street lights. hallway noise penetrated the poorly sealed door too.

The location was excellent. World square was a short walk away. i also appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and shops. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which i found excellent.
The physical metal keys felt outdated. I prefer key cards. the replacement fee for a lost key seemed high. it was not communicated clearly at check-in, so i had some concerns.

the two-bedroom apartment dual key was spacious it easily accommodated our family we especially liked having two separate bathrooms the kitchen also included all necessary appliances and utensils
