The location proved convenient. It was close to shops and tourist destinations. The staff held our bags after checkout. This allowed us to explore the city more freely. The room itself was spacious. It provided ample room for luggage.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There was a sticky spot on the kitchen floor. The dusting seemed incomplete. The couch cover had a noticeable stain.

The room included a dishwasher. I appreciated this feature. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable (always ready to assist with a smile).

Some plugs did not work. The furniture seemed a little outdated to me.

The location was great to visit city attractions. Chinatown sits a few hundred meters from the hotel. I found it easy to reach both the Queen Victoria Building and the Royal Botanic Garden with a slightly longer walk.

missing suppliesunderwhelming breakfast
The room service was not good. it was non-existent one day. I was out most of the day to make sure the room could be cleaned, but no one came. basic supplies like soap and toilet paper were not replenished. the included breakfast was underwhelming. It had four slices of bread, two small butters, two jams, a mini carton of milk, and instant coffee sachets. it didn't meet my expectations.
