the apartment was spacious. a good sized kitchen included everything i needed. the location was close to the tram line.

i found multiple hairs in the bathroom on arrival the shower was not clean either the water pressure in the shower was very low i expected better for the price i paid also the refrigerator was quite noisy it kept me awake at night

excellent stay!

the two bed two bathroom luxury suite i booked was very spacious. lots of food and convenience stores were nearby so the location was useful (i used the nearby woolworths a lot!). the staff were pleasant and helpful.
i found the bedroom walls covered in dust. i also saw a pair of dirty underwear from a previous guest left on a shelf in the wardrobe.

the hotel features a sauna and spa, providing guests with options for relaxation and wellness (perfect after a long day of travel!). there is also a pool and clothes washing and drying facilities.

the suite includes kitchen equipment, useful for preparing meals. many restaurants and stores are nearby. a coffee machine is also in the room for easy access to beverages.

housekeeping phoned on the first day to check if i needed extras, which i thought was a great touch. the staff were helpful and addressed my queries promptly. i found them very attentive.
