comfortable bedamazing staffattentive staffsuperb view
The bed felt bigger THAN a king. It was SO comfortable I wanted to take it home. The staff was amazing and attentive. They always checked in and offered help. I ate at the restaurant too and it was excellent WITH superb views.
Service

The staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that I could request a dental kit, shaving kit, a sewing kit, and a phone charger. The staff always were really nice too assist me with my requests.
Rooms

The rooms were well appointed and functional. They felt spacious. The blockout curtains gave us a much needed sleep in. The lighting system was great and convenient, especially the sensor light in the bathroom during the night.
Location

The hotel is situated just opposite the big city clock. It is also near the park. The location is prime. The hotel is also located in a central area.

good location but some minor issues

attentive staffeaster weekendlimited option
the staff helped me over the easter weekend. the room included a modern design and good appointments. i liked the decor inside the room. filtered water stations were available on each floor and i really appreciated it.
there weren't many options for dining at the hotel and that was something of a problem. the three-course meal cost $96, and i paid extra for side dishes. i wanted a la carte at the roundhouse restaurant, but it was not offered.
Location
9/10
the hotel is in the city centre and that's good. walking is possible to most locations from here. the civic light rail stop is a short walk. i got to the beach and the shops fast by light rail.
Dining
8/10
the restaurant had excellent views from its spot on the top floor. the roundhouse restaurant offers excellent food and service. a short walk led me to light years, and dinner there impressed me.
Rooms
9/10
the room included separate toilet. the lighting system was great. i thought the beds and pillows felt comfortable. i found little space to store two large suitcases inside my room.
Facilities
8/10
this building re-purposed beautifully. staff helped me when i asked them something. a gym exists five minutes away, but not in the hotel itself. filtered water is available on each floor.
