The gym facilities were great. They included modern equipment.

The shuttle to the airport cost extra. I thought it should be free. Breakfast lacked variety. Non-dairy options were scarce. The room temperature was stuck at 25 degrees. I could not adjust the thermostat.

I appreciated the very comfortable beds. The laundry service was easy to use. Breakfast was great and the spaces were clean.

The restaurant area felt noisy. Unruly children were running wild. The food seemed mediocre and overpriced. I felt I was in a food hall not in a restaurant.

The gym had everything i needed for a quick workout. it included three treadmills and several weight machines! plus, i really liked that there was complimentary tea and coffee available all day in the lobby. the free shuttle to the airport was super convenient. It ran every 30 minutes and saved me so much time!!

The room was quite small. there wasn't much space to move around especially with luggage! also, the air conditioning seemed to be locked at 22 degrees, i couldn't adjust it lower, a bit uncomfortable. the bar downstairs got quite noisy in the evening. It made it hard to relax in my room before trying to sleep.

the moxy offered a complimentary shuttle bus service which was a lifesaver for my early morning flight. the proximity to the airport was a huge advantage reducing travel stress. the lobby had a cool, chic vibe and plenty of space for working or relaxing.

i found the room lighting dim making it difficult to see clearly in the mirror a magnifying mirror would have been beneficial for makeup application.

The receptionist seemed like check in took forever. It was not efficient at all. the room was very crowded, and there was not enough space to walk around. the location is misleading because it is far from the airport and the metro station.

The lobby has such a cool vibe. I really appreciated the music played there and also in the restaurant area. my room was beautifully presented. It included everything i needed for my short stay. i also liked the 24/7 leisure centre. It has modern equipment. i found the bed very comfortable. I slept very well because the sound walls worked great.

The air conditioning seemed to be locked at a set temperature. I could not adjust it below 22 degrees, slightly warmer than i prefer at night.

the staff was helpful and very friendly. the lobby combines a restaurant, a bar, the reception, and a meeting area, which feels quite efficient. i liked the art nouveau design. the laundry room on level 4 has ironing boards.

the light switches did not turn off the overhead lights properly!
