the room had blackout curtains these helped me sleep well. the breakfast included both continental and hot food options. i found convenient bus stops across from the hotel that went to different parts of the city.

i left a charger in a meeting room however i received no feedback after i called multiple times. i think better communication about lost items would improve the service.

during my stay the hot water in the shower fluctuated unexpectedly going from very hot to cold making it difficult to have a comfortable shower

The location was excellent. Public transportation was very close. A laundry mat was also a few hundred yards from the hotel. I washed sandy beach clothes before my trip home.

I waited 50 minutes for ice to arrive. Maintenance never came to fix the TV. The rooms felt squeezy. I think it needs some time before it charges top prices.

I was grateful the staff were courteous and helpful. there were easter eggs and chocolates freely available on easter sunday. the next day there were donuts . It gave the hotel a festive feel. the breakfast selection was yummy!!!

The cleanliness was lacking. My room was dusty. the tennis court had more debris. the in-room dining menu has fewer items now.
