modern technology luxurious bathroom comfortable lounge

The jewel suite was immaculate. its modern technology enhanced my experience. i really liked the luxurious bathroom. It had great amenities. i also enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable lounge area. It was a great bonus to unwind after a long day.

the check-in process was unexpectedly slow. it took a little longer than i had hoped, but it was still okay.

the hotel is located near a coles supermarket. a tram station is nearby. it provides quick access to the city center within ten minutes.

inconsistent minibar poor soundproofing

The minibar was not restocked daily. I had to call several times for water and snacks, quite annoying. the noise from the nearby casino was noticeable at night! I had expected better soundproofing for a hotel of this class. It definitely affected my sleep quality. This oversight is unacceptable, considering the price.

The staff was consistently helpful . The hotel's location offered easy access to nearby attractions. The room featured modern decor and felt quite clean. The complimentary fresh fruit at the pool was a really nice touch!

clean room designed room luxurious atmosphere

the room was clean. it was beautifully designed and comfortable. the location was perfect, close to everything. the atmosphere of the lobby and restaurant areas felt luxurious and relaxing.

the two person bed is very small. i found that really disappointing.
