i found the breakfast very good the staff were friendly and helpful. i particularly loved the bircher muesli. the staff at check in were so friendly and helpful.

i needed to contact housekeeping to request linen change on one of the beds the sheets had visible stains when the bed was turned down. housekeeping came quickly to investigate and remove soiled linen but then just handed us the clean sheets for us to remake the bed.

the breakfast was acceptable and a great start to the day! the shuttle service worked well and got me to the airport the next morning as arranged.

the room cleanliness was very disappointing. i found used bottles and plastics under the bed, and the tea facilities were not updated upon check-in. this made me question the overall hygiene of the room. it was really unsettling!
