Excellent Central Hotel

The location is central allowing easy access to many locations. Pitt Street Mall, QVB, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay are close. The hotel is conveniently near Wynyard station. The Wynyard tunnel provides an easy route to Barangaroo and the various restaurants near the water.

I noticed the housekeeping did not vacuum the carpet, so there was still some food from my kids' chips present.

The room was bigger than expected. The fixtures are up to date. The bathroom worked fine and the bed was very comfortable, so I found the room quiet at night. Temperature control worked well.

The gym had good equipment, and everything worked well. The gym was well maintained and clean. I found the staff very attentive and helpful despite the city being busy with events.

i was disapppointed they did not provide enough toothbrushes when i asked. they said they ran out of them. after i returned to my room, i noticed the room was not cleaned at all.
