The location was really central. The hotel staff stored our bags safely. I found the gym and pool design very funky and smart.
The Streets didn't feel too safe at the back area after dinner hour.

the reception area impressed me with its beauty. staff members were both pleasant and very helpful. the room was a great size. it was nice and neat. i especially enjoyed having a balcony to sit on.
the cleanliness of my room was subpar. the bed sheets came untucked , so i woke up touching the bare mattress. the hot tub also looked dirty.

the hotel's location is excellent with close proximity to darling harbour. wynyard station is also just a short walk away , providing easy access to transportation. many dining options are available nearby.

the staff were consistently friendly and efficient. they promptly addressed any inquiries i had , showcasing their professionalism. i also really appreciated their warm and cute attitude.

the reception area had a beautiful design and the staff were pleasant.
the room's cleanliness was substandard , with the bedsheets coming untucked nightly and exposing the bare mattress. the hot tub also looked dirty. supply of consumables was limited for a 3-night stay, and the 30ml single-use portions are impractical.

I had a suite perfect for a brief visit. I found the central area convenient to walk to darling harbour. The blackout curtains helped me sleep. Staff was always friendly.
Parking for check in proved difficult because of no stopping zone.

The hotel sits close to many attractions. Wynard is only five minutes away. Darling Harbour is quite close also. I could easily reach many restaurants from here.

The staff offered assistance. They remembered my request. They provided early check in. Champagne came complimentary too. Their work made me welcome. I continue to recommend this lodging.
