Absolutely LOVED my stay!

The staff were great too provide an really good experience. Every member of staff was helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had. The location was also great, it was easy to walk into town for the sights!!!
The public car park was suitable, but the hotel parking spaces were limited. I did not reserve a parking place, leading to additional charges.

The hotel's location was quite convenient for my needs. The staff were friendly and offered a warm atmosphere.
Three of the main course meat dishes were unavailable. The sticky figgy pudding dessert was over microwaved and chewy.

My dad and I stayed for a few nights. The staff were very helpful with my dad's mobility issues, providing room options, which he found useful. Toby was very attentive, meeting all our requirements . The hotel bar was good, and the service from the team was excellent.
