Solid stay with SUPERB service

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Their teamwork really stood out to me. I witnessed staff members going off-shift to assist colleagues, AMAZING!!! The dinner I had was good value for money, and the rooms were kept clean and fresh. Ample parking was available. This made arrival and departure smooth.
I noticed the steps to my wing were quite steep, something to consider with mobility issues.

The room had an adequate size, and I found plenty of drawers for storage, VERY useful. The rooms were clean. They contained everything I needed, including shower gels and ample tea and coffee. The rooms were fresh.

The hotel is situated on the seafront, giving you IMMEDIATE access to the beach. It was easy to walk to the town and seafront because the area around the hotel is mostly flat. This accessibility is a HUGE plus for exploring the surrounding area.

The hotel has excellent facilities. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. These offered great opportunities for relaxation and exercise. There is a lovely outside garden area too. It is perfect for a relaxed moment.

The room had ample storage and adequate seating. Lighting and power points were plentiful in the room. I found the bed quite comfortable, including the pillows and bedding. (I liked the crisp linen!) The bathroom was a decent size and included a shower over the bathtub.
I found that the bar staff could have been more attentive.

The breakfast had good selection and quality also it was cooked really well. Staff were helpful and fast which i appreciated. I found the team work excellent and staff members jumped behind the bar to help out a colleague.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They seemed to go the extra mile. I saw them walking an elderly guest back to her room after the bar to ensure her safe return so that was very nice.

I found convenient onsite parking upon arrival. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had good choices and tasty food. I appreciated being close to the train station for easy travel.
