The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were great! the upper deck restaurant food was so good, i ended up eating there every night of my stay. the view from the terrace was beautiful. the decor inside was light and attractive. I would definitely return.
The room was too small, and there was no ac. I was given a fan, but it only blew hot air around. this wasn't adequate, as my room was on the top floor.

the food was alright, not really good, but alright.
the room, a 'twin room inland view' was pretty depressing. the view was less 'inland' and more 'car park'. also, the tv remote didn't work. how am i supposed to watch trashy daytime tv with a dead remote?
