The room had nice size with a huge double bed. Staff are friendly and cute, which helped with tourist questions. A convenient location is available with a bus stop across from the hotel. I found this very helpful to move in the city.
The shower had little water pressure even when turned all the way around. It makes difficult the hair washing, specially if you have long hair. That was very inconvenient.

the check-in process was smooth and fast. staff were friendly and efficient at reception. the room provided was large and very clean. breakfast was plentiful and the dining area was clean.
the room was too cold and i could not adjust any heating. i read i could request a blanket or portable heater. i found no bedside table on both sides of the bed. noise from other guests was very loud late at night.
