The building was beautifully refurbished. It certainly seemed like a relaxing retreat.

I found several issues . The room was cold, with heat provided by mobile radiators. One radiator didn't even work. I thought it very odd to have no door on the bathroom, especially with a clear line of sight between the toilet and the bed.. resident access to the pool only began at 5pm. This detail hindered our planned spa visit upon our 3pm arrival.

the staff really made a fuss. i appreciated the staff were very friendly and happy to help. the hanns suite was gorgeous! the restaurant food was better than any hotel restaurant i have experienced.

the hotel is tucked away inside a housing estate, it was a surprise.

The staff were helpful. I found the rooms to be spotlessly clean, which i appreciated greatly. The food in the restaurant was the best part of my stay. I found delicious vegetarian options readily available.

I noticed significant gaps at the top of the door in my room. I could overhear conversations, which disrupted my sleep.

i encountered a slight issue with allergy awareness during the evening meal, some cross-contaminated products were listed on the gluten-free menu.
