i found the staff friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and assistance. the room i stayed in was a great size and super clean , i mean squeaky clean! the location is perfect for exploring , especially with the high street shops just a stone's throw away.

the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly , and there wasn't really an option to open windows, a bit stuffy.

i found the location convenient for accessing the city center. the staff were consistently helpful and courteous. the room was well-appointed, including thoughtful welsh details (a pleasant touch!).

the air conditioning was not working perfectly, and it was a little inconvenient as the room did not have windows.

i found the room quite disappointing. there was no proper ventilation, and the air conditioning barely worked. this made the room stuffy and uncomfortable! the tv also kept losing signal.
