beautiful king room attentive staff great food
I was upgraded to a beautiful king room and it was immaculate. the food was great, and service was great, i was impressed. the staff were attentive and helpful. This.
the chair in my room was a bit dusty!

The room included chocolates and bottled water, a nice surprise. the bathroom had ample space and good lighting. It suited my needs perfectly. bedding felt soft and the pillows were very supportive.

the jacuzzi was amazing. i also noticed they provided towels and robes free of charge for the pool area. parking seemed ample even upon my late arrival at night.

great hotel with excellent breakfast
smooth check-in spacious bedroom varied selection
check-in was smooth, and all details were clearly explained to me. the bedroom was clean and very spacious, providing ample room. i enjoyed the breakfast. there was a varied selection of cooked options plus fruit and cereal.
The duty staff were slow. I felt they could have been more attentive to guests arriving from international flights.

professional staff tidy vibe easy parking
the staff were polite and professional. the lobby had a lovely vibe and looked tidy. i found the car parking easy. wifi also worked as expected, which i appreciated.

the pool area was good and had adequate facilities. i saw the pool area had 20 loungers and a shaded section. guests had access to towels and robes free of charge.

i noticed a good food selection available. the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. the breakfast started at 6:30 during the week so i could start my day EARLY!!!

solid stay
excellent service gym facilities quiet environment pool access
the staff at the bar were great and provided excellent service. the gym facilities include a sauna and swimming pool, which i used. i found the location easy to reach, and it offered a quiet environment. i was able to use the pool after checkout.
The parking cost was an unexpected extra charge. It surprised me.

The king guest room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. i easily fitted all my belongings in the closet space. It offered ample storage. the air conditioning in the room worked effectively.

The hotel features a pool and gym. I used both. the restaurant presented a varied menu with daily specials. the courtyard was a nice space to relax during the evening. It was very peaceful.
