wonderful stay

spacious area food variety gluten-free needs

the breakfast area provided ample space and a good variety of food options everything looked clean i was pleased to find that the hotel provides full restaurant facilities for both lunch and dinner the menus offered many choices the food and service in the restaurant were good i appreciated the provisions for gluten-free needs

the room i booked had net curtains and they were quite filthy this was an unfortunate oversight as it detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the room it should be fixed promptly

the hotel had an ideal central location all major attractions were easily accessible there was a supermarket nearby i appreciated the many local pubs and excellent restaurants available i found everything i needed within a short walk.

the breakfast was neatly arranged and enjoyable the breakfast manager was enthusiastic and helpful he showed guests where everything was and greeted everyone the breakfast selection included both hot and cold options i found many things i liked.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i valued their knowledge of local sites and restaurant recommendations the staff were very cute the staff created a positive experience the parking garage was next door and convenient.

The breakfast had good quality produce, i think. the hotel has a really handy location for visiting places. the front desk understood my needs. They let me check in early.

the bath is quite small and slopes, i think it is hazardous getting in and out.

The room needed more attention to cleanliness. I found hairs in the bathroom and dust accumulation in certain areas. I requested some action from the manager on checkout, it did not happen. I find this frustrating.

I found the location convenient. Many attractions were within easy walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable with very modern amenities. It also had good sound insulation. I certainly will return.

The coffee mugs provided at breakfast felt cold to the touch, something i found slightly bothersome.

The breakfast selection was very diverse. I had eggs, bacon, and toast (especially delicious with the local jam!). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

The parking fee seemed a bit high at £18 per night. This added an unexpected cost to my overall stay. I wish parking was included or offered at a reduced rate.

peeling wallpaper ineffective air conditioning

the location was quite central and convenient for exploring the area.

The room showed signs of wear with peeling wallpaper and some mold in the bathroom. This was rather disappointing. the air conditioning was ineffective and the room felt stuffy. despite requests, the front desk never sent anyone to address these issues, frustrating.

superb stay!

convenient location ample parking cute cookies

The location was convenient. I found i could walk to many attractions with ease. i also appreciated the parking. Spaces were ample even for my c250 coupe, which saved me a lot of hassle. the friendly staff, and i was really happy about the warm cookies upon arrival, such a lovely touch!

i found the room service missed replenishing the toilet paper one day.
