mixed experience with some disappointments

the breakfast was good.

the shower was not clean with visible mould and dirty grout it's unacceptable i thought i couldn't believe the provided bedding was in poor condition worn sheets needed replacement the pillows were old and meant for super king pillows not the size of the bed we had i was horrified.

the cleanliness in my room, beautiful double or twin room, was not up to par. dust accumulated behind the dresser lamp, indicating inadequate cleaning over time. the provided shampoo and body wash were not in the shower area, they were next to the sink. this was inconvenient. i also found only one tissue in the tissue holder and the toilet roll was nearly empty. this meant i had to replace it myself. the hotel should address these basic housekeeping oversights.
