the location was convenient with the city centre nearby.

The room felt dated. It resembled something from the 60s. a significant gap existed around the door, allowing light to flood in from the hallway all night.

staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was lovely and the location was great. i found a very homely feel to this place. the team members were cheerful and available.

the lift was not working. i had to walk up steep stairs to the second floor. air conditioning did not work in my room. the window was sealed shut, so i was not very comfortable.
