Check-in was smooth, even though I arrived early. The room was lovely. The bed provided a very comfortable sleep.

The pillows were too soft. I found the extra charges for the facilities quite high. Paying extra for breakfast was also a negative, nearly doubling the cost for two people.

This hotel stay had some real issues. I found the room service to be quite slow. the quality of the food did not meet my expectations, particularly considering the price I paid. The fruit at breakfast was underripe and hard. the gym was missing basic equipment. I could not find any resistance bands or stability balls.

Check-in was great. I arrived a bit early. I got a text that the room was ready just after I checked in. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept great. Breakfast had good offerings. The staff were helpful.

Pillows was soft. They were too soft. It made for a bit uncomfort. Facilities had extra charges to use. That felt excessive.
