The lighting in the room was dim. It was hard to see. the bathroom sink drained very slowly. It almost overflowed. breakfast hot drinks came in paper cups, a touch that felt cheap, we paid a lot for this room.

The bed was very comfy. The room was large.. it included air conditioning and a decent shower room. There was also plenty of room to do work. Breakfast had varied options, and I found the food decent.

mouldy plan impractical style

The absence of a traditional reception was odd. I saw just a random desk with staff focused on computers. It felt wrong to approach them. Our room's style was modern but impractical. Clothes hangers were RIGHT above the kettle and cups! the fire evacuation plan had mould all over it, quite disgusting. The water in the shower sprayed everywhere, and the holes were clogged, so I had to clean it. This was .
