The castle was majestic. I felt transported in time. my room was immaculate. the grounds are beautiful and the views are beautiful!!! the complimentary toiletries smelled great. i appreciated the relaxing atmosphere after my long drive.

the receptionist wasn't overly friendly when we arrived. she seemed disinterested.

The location is excellent with really good views out to sea. Staff are friendly and helpful. I found the bar and sitting areas comfortable with fantastic views outside. The decor is excellent also.

The restaurant menu seemed a little limited. Main course servings were minimal for the price charged.

I noticed the sitting areas provide comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the views. It gives a treat for the eyes, with the decoration excellent and well-kept in all the public spaces. This place is worth visiting for a relaxing experience.

Other meals served were lovely, with great views to enjoy with dinner. I liked that breakfast fills you up for the day, with dinner also available in the comfortable dining room. You can relax in the bar and try a chocolate drink.

The staff are very helpful. They see to every need. The reception staff sorted things. They moved me to another room after a problem was reported. I was so pleased with the service I received at the hotel.
