clean room friendly staff amazing waiter
The room was very clean and the layout worked well , it had a hygienic appearance. the staff were friendly and accommodating. i appreciated the amazing customer service skills of the waiter. He.
the car parking was a little difficult to find late at night.

inconvenient bathroom hard pillows
the bar offered a few acceptable drinks.
The hotel room i stayed in had some real problems. The heating didn't work, i had to request a blanket and a space heater. the bathroom was like it hadn't been updated in decades and was inconvenient. the pillows were rock hard.

great location easy access rude staff lack of storage
the hotel was close to the marina, the shopping center, and many restaurants. the location made it easy to explore the area (i enjoyed this very much).
The bar lady was rude one evening. I found her attitude unwelcome. the lack of drawers in the room was frustrating for a longer stay. It made it hard to unpack properly.

excellent central stay
friendly staff central location
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the central location was great for exploring.. i could easily walk to shops and sights. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including both hot and cold options.
the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. better soundproofing would definitely improve sleep quality. i could hear traffic quite clearly even with the windows closed.

the room included tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch. large fluffy towels were provided in the bathroom. an ironing board and iron were available.

helpful staff immaculate room great location
the staff seemed great and helpful. my room looked immaculate. the hotel have a great location with quick access to the city center.
the car park was slightly difficult to find after dark. the lift did not worked. i met other peoples also looking for the hotel.

great location spacious room cute staff faulty air conditioning limited selection understaffed restaurant
the hotel's location is great near the shopping area. the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. i found the staff to be very cute .
the air conditioning did not work well in my room. the breakfast selection was limited. the restaurant looked to be understaffed during peak hours.

friendly staff secure car park
The staff were friendly. The car park was easy to find. It was secure and reasonably priced at £10 for 24 hours.
