Dated Hotel Needs Attention

The room felt quite dated. A BIG issue was that the shower temperature kept fluctuating wildly. One moment it was scalding HOT, then freezing cold. I reported it, but nothing changed. The bed wasn't great either, quite uncomfortable and lumpy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I found the swimming pool lovely for a refreshing dip. Plenty of parking was available. The live music every night created a fun atmosphere!
The vending machine was out of order. I would have enjoyed a late-night snack.

My room included a dressing table with a well-lit mirror, alongside a wardrobe with ample space and bedside tables. I found tea and coffee facilities and a fan inside the room. The bathroom had a bath and a shower. I especially enjoyed the bath!

The location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby shops and attractions. I found free parking available which removed some stress. The hotel has a pool, and I saw that there is a bar and restaurant, too. The staff impressed me with their helpfulness.
The pillows were firmer than I prefer.

Reception operates 24/7, a definite plus. The security guards are visible on night shifts. I observed them ensuring safety, which I value. The staff generally demonstrates friendliness and a helpful attitude. :)

the indoor pool was clean. live music played every night i was there, it was very quiet though. the breakfast is generous. i could have stayed one month easily.
the price was a little higher than other hotels, but it was still good value.

I found it a great value for what i needed after travelling. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. there was parking available, made things easier. i liked that the hotel offered an indoor pool for the kids. It looked fun!
The room floor could have used a more thorough vacuuming. I found some belongings under one of the beds.
