I found the staff very helpful and friendly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. the room was a good size, and breakfast offered ample choice. the location provided a peaceful countryside setting, which i appreciated. The room was generally well-kept.

the room's window on the lower floor did not lock properly. it seemed this had been the case for some time because of the dust, it let in a cold wind. it also presented a security issue.

The hotel includes a swimming pool, a gym and a hot spa. most facilities can be used freely, which i find great. The gym equipment was well-kept and easy to use.

the room had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean. two room keys were provided. there were two complimentary drinks to celebrate our anniversary, which i appreciated!

inconvenient outletstaffing failure

The hotel room had only one electrical outlet. It was inconveniently located far from the beds and desk. the dining room's organization was chaotic. Breakfast items ran out quickly. the management was conspicuously absent, there was a failure to adequately staff and plan for contingencies.
