The on-site car park was very convenient. It made arrival easy. alfred's bar and restaurant offered very nice food! the 101 rooms are preferable. I found it spacious.
i thought the 122 room was smaller. though not a major issue.

The room included a good-sized TV, tea, and coffee facilities. I found ample soap, body wash, and enough toilet rolls in the modern, clean bathroom. The spa facilities impressed me. The pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and plunge shower were first class.
The breakfast coffee came from a machine and tasted vile. The bacon was cheap, flabby, and nasty. I found the air-conditioning controller in a dark corner and had to use my phone's light to operate it

Staff said there were no bathrobes left for the spa. They mentioned bathrobes are reserved for customers who book treatments. the steam room was also out of order, a condition noted in previous reviews.
