mixed bag, i guess

rooftop bar unprofessional staff

the location was pretty good, not far from the beach i suppose.

the rooftop bar was a problem. it was so noisy i couldnt sleep until way past midnight. also, the restaurant staff seemed totally unprofessional, they said the kitchen was closed as soon as we sat down even though we booked for that time.

I found the king guest room balcony very inviting. It offered ample space and great light. the cleanliness was perfect, and i noticed the attention to detail immediately! the bathroom fixtures shone, and the balcony was a sweet retreat. the restaurant service impressed me with the attentiveness shown by each member of staff.

I did notice a small scuff mark on the wallpaper near the desk. Though it hardly detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel decor was colourful. Staff were warm and cute, from arrival. My overall stay was wonderful, and I would definitely visit again. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room, with its convenient layout and modern amenities.

late check-in poor communication

I was initially excited about the hotel, especially its location. It was near the beach and shopping areas, a plus. I was disappoint because my room wasn't ready until an hour after the stated check-in time. I wasn't informed about the skybar and other hotel services until after my departure. This lack of communication detract from the overall experience.
