the hotel has towels available for the swimming pool, that's very convenient! the location is also fabulous if you plan to visit paultons park, and i did. there was a kettle in my room, and coffee was supplied.
the exterior of the hotel looks a little old, and could use some tlc. the restaurant carpet has quite a few stains, and i noticed the paint was chipping in the ladies' restroom. my room had threadbare carpet and a very dated bathroom.

the location was great because i could easily walk to the nearby zoo. my room was a good size (i stayed in a family room). the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, so i was satisfied.
the pool area felt a little outdated. the carpets looked stained in some areas. i noticed some cracked tiles in the bathroom (this should be fixed).
