comfy bed coffee machine friendly team high prices awful noise
The room was comfortable! The hotel provided a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby open 24 hours. I had great service in the restaurant, and the whole team seemed friendly.

EXCELLENT stay NEAR the terminal!
high quality meals friendly staff great room
This was my BEST stay! I met such friendly staff at reception. Karol checked me in and assisted me in selecting a room, it had a GREAT view! I ate at the restaurant. The meals were high quality and of great value.
The bed felt AWFUL, almost like a brick. Pillows were inadequate and there was a noticeable draught from the window making it quite cold.

The reception staff is very helpful and kind. Simmi is a breakfast supervisor, and she looked after us. She also, and kept everything running smoothly in the restaurant.

Breakfast is buffet style, with hot food options. The buffet includes cereals, fruit, yogurts, and pastries. ALL food looks amazing. The restaurant menu offers a diverse range of dishes that are excellently prepared.

ev charging nice upgrade
jose at reception was genuinely fantastic! he provided advice about ev charging in the parking area. he offered tips, tricks, explained the hotel group and its benefits, and gave a nice upgrade.
The elevator had weight restrictions. It would not allow more than three people at a time! it allowed only two if they had any luggage.

huge bed useful fridge spacious bathroom high parking charges slow elevator noticeable noise
i had a super king room accessible and it was fantastic the bed was huge i loved it there was also a fridge which was really useful the bathroom was also very spacious with great accessibility features. the staff are great i found them friendly the location is great for getting around i was able to walk to many places from the hotel. the breakfast was wonderful i really enjoyed it so many different choices.
the parking charges were really high for an overnight stay i thought that was a bit much i was a bit surprised to see that there was only one elevator working this made getting around a bit slow. the noise from outside at night was quite noticeable perhaps better soundproofing is needed
