the room was nice and i look forward to another stay.

i was disappointed to find damage on the rear offside bumper of my car. i spoke to the same man who checked me out, but his attitude stunk. the hotel seemed unwilling to help after i reported the incident.

CHECK-in was quick. THE staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jose. He updated us about room availability. We got in a couple of hours early. This was welcome. THE room was clean and well-appointed.

i had a super king room accessible and it was fantastic the bed was huge i loved it there was also a fridge which was really useful the bathroom was also very spacious with great accessibility features. the staff are great i found them friendly the location is great for getting around i was able to walk to many places from the hotel. the breakfast was wonderful i really enjoyed it so many different choices.

the noise from outside at night was quite noticeable perhaps better soundproofing is needed

The location was handy for seeing the port. rooms seemed new and the beds were comfy. i saw there are little tea and coffee areas in the lobby . breakfast was nice. I think it was worth the money.

my room was clean and spacious. it also included a tv for entertainment. the bed was like a brick, which some guests might not like. a draught came in through the window in rooms.

the location works well because it is close to the port. rooms offer a nice view too. you can walk to the cruise ship stop with your luggage. a big shopping centre is within walking distance.

i saw there was a good range of food choices available. guests with allergies were accommodated. the kitchen prepared a sandwich and fruit bag when i had to leave early. it was very delicious.
