Downstairs, there is a lounge with a dining area, a fireplace, and a private forest terrace. Cottages offer a master bedroom with a super king-sized bed and a bathroom with a freestanding bath and a double monsoon shower. The Lake Cabin features stripped wood floors and walls, a super king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a full bath, a walk-in shower, and a mini bar.
Italian Inspired Dining
Lime Wood features a selection of dining options, including the main Italian-inspired restaurant, Hartnett Holder & Co, headed by Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder. The restaurant creates locally sourced Italian dishes, with a menu changing seasonally. The Smoke House provides smoked ingredients for the menu. The restaurant serves lunch from 12PM to 2PM Monday to Saturday and 12PM to 2.30PM Sunday and dinner from 6PM to 9PM daily. A selection of sweet treats is also available, including choux buns, finger doughnuts with lemon curd and cream, chocolate mousse flower pots, and an almond friand with seasonal fruit. There is also Raw & Cured, which offers a nutritious menu with wholesome ingredients. The colourful central bar has fresh fruit and foods for healthy dishes. New on the menu is a Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad. Also, the property features a sun-soaked Forest Kitchen.
Herb House Spa
The Herb House provides a range of spa days and facilities, including a Steam Room, Lap Pool, Relaxation Room, Sauna, and indoor Hydro Pool with forest views, a Mud House, and a steaming outdoor Hot Pool. It features eight single and two double treatment rooms. The top floor of the Herb House includes a gym with forest views and Technogym equipment. Guests have access to Personal Training and Small Group Training, as well as a range of fitness classes that run 7 days a week. The Field Spa offers three massages. Treatments use VOYA, which focuses on organic, seaweed-based products and aromatherapy oils. The spa also offers Ground treatments and a couples spa day. Products are available for children centred around a dream expert, 'Hatch', for their bedtime routine. Friends from Bamford have created aromatic collections to encourage energy-filled mornings and sleep-filled evenings.
