balanced stay
big room nice balcony attentive staff unfixed jacuzzi shower doors floor water
the room was big and nice. it included a balcony. staff were very attentive .
the jacuzzi was supposed to be fixed, but it never was. the showers have no doors. every time i used it, there was water all over the floor.

beach proximity spacious room small lift parking fee
The location was good. Very close to the beach and town center. The hotel looked clean and stylish. The bed was comfy, and the room was big and spacious. the bathroom was also big with a huge shower.
The small single lift only fit two people. i waited a long time and sometimes couldn't use the lift due to no space. i waited for it to come up to the third floor again. PAYING for parking, when it was not advertised.

sticky carpet weak water pressure
The barman mixed good cocktails I must say.
The room had stains running down the walls from spillages I did see those. The carpet felt sticky and unclean a real disappointment. The shower had weak water pressure that did nothing for me.

friendly staff perfect location large windows missing information unanswered calls missing mat
the staff were very friendly. the location was perfect, only a short walk to the pier. the room had large windows, which i liked.
my room lacked the usual information. i am talking about wifi details and restaurant times. i phoned reception several times, but my calls went unanswered. the hotel did not provide an anti-slip mat in the bath, which i found risky.
