the hotel location is really close to the pier. i easily walked to many local attractions, that was very convenient. the staff was helpful, especially with directions, and always friendly.

soundproofing was not great. i heard noises from nearby rooms.

Namur provided fantastic service. the staff was very friendly. breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient. i appreciated the clean room. It.

the parking fee of £14 per 24 hours felt a little excessive for a hotel with its own car park.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful at check-in. The modern room was very clean and well kept, which I appreciated. I found the bed very comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
