The hotel's location was great for accessing the cruise port. i also appreciated the lounge and dining area. It was nice. the room was clean and met my needs, a great view of my ship awaited me in the morning.

the bathroom had some dark hairs on the floor. there was also a crack in the sink. these issues need attention.

The staff provided friendly service, and one employee even made a peppermint tea for my indigestion. That was so kind. they helped me with directions and information about local attractions. I appreciated their assistance.
