solid stay, few minor hiccups
helpful staff genuine concern friendly bar positive attitude
The staff was helpful during a family emergency. They showed genuine concern. other guests also offered support, it was appreciated. the bar staff was friendly, always ready for a chat. both coach parties seemed to enjoy their time. Their positive attitudes added to the atmosphere.
i noticed the building needs modernization, though this didn't greatly affect my stay.

i found the staff helpful they were really good too assist me with various requests the hotel features a well maintained garden that provided a tranquil setting for relaxation the location is quite convenient with easy access to a lovely park

surprisingly good value
polite staff wooden panelling indoor fountain
i was really surprised with my stay. the staff were kind when i needed assistance with directions. the hotel's architecture features excellent wood panelling throughout the common areas and a unique indoor fountain.
the soundproofing could be better as i could hear noise from the hallway at times.

broken shower instant coffee
the room was large and had two comfortable beds which I liked.
the shower didn't work, and it was never fixed, i had mentioned it. i was really disappointed to find out the hotel website mentioned a swimming pool, but there wasn't one here. i also was not happy with the instant coffee at breakfast.

Solid stay near the beach
accommodating staff convenient parking
The staff was very accommodating to my son's food intolerances. I found the rooms comfortable (the bed was definitely clean) and had everything I needed. The front area of the hotel was nice, and the large parking lot was quite convenient. The breakfast was great.
The hotel needs some care. The gardens was overgrown, showing a need for better maintenance.
