i booked a superior double room and it was great. it had a spacious layout and the bed was super comfy. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. fluffy towels which i really enjoyed. the staff were very accommodating.

the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the room. this made it a little difficult to stream videos.

the staff seemed genuinely happy! going to breakfast meant being greeted with smiles, and conversations about excursions were informative. at dinner, the team, stopping to chat. the food was excellent! the drinks matched so well, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. the rooms felt homey because they were big, the decor was lovely, and they were kept so clean.

the shower controls were very stiff, i could only pick very hot water at a good flow or a low water flow at a reasonable temperature.

We celebrated our anniversary at this hotel. The gardens looked really well maintained. Breakfast outside in the garden was a welcome surprise. The breakfast selection offered both continental and cooked options, all delicious!!!

I noticed the shower controls were very stiff and the water flow was poor.
