Adequate, but SOME aspects disappointing

missing duvetrude reception

The room was booked for four people. It was only prepared for two though. There were missing bedsheets , a duvet , pillows , and towels. The reception staff did sort things out. I was like I was bothering them when I used the WhatsApp chat to get what I had paid for.

the location proved convenient (especially for accessing nearby attractions).

My experience wasn't stellar. The front desk staff seemed rather indifferent. also, the lack of individual climate control in the room was annoying. the only option was a fan, and requiring whatsapp for service requests felt strangely impersonal.
