a romantic getaway!
warm welcomeclean roomconvenient location
the staff welcomed us warmly! isabella, especially, remembered our names and made sure our room was perfect. the room was super clean and cozy. we enjoyed the convenient location near paultons park. it.
The car park could use some tlc. The trees need trimming.

the beautiful king room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and fresh pillows. black out curtains helped to keep the morning light out, and the checkout time at noon was very convenient for us. the mattress was perfect.

the hotel offers parking and benefits for diamond members like bar vouchers and complimentary breakfast. there were halloween decorations, offering an autumnal feeling! it was a lovely touch. the gardens seemed like a park.

my room was clean. the staff were nice. breakfast had a good selection. the parking cost me five pounds a night and that was good for me.
the walk to the opposite bus stop was nearly thirty minutes, this i know from google maps.

the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. celia answered my queries kindly and checked with me every day if i needed anything. i found personal touches like bottled water and fresh hot cookies upon arrival. i was pleased to find the room very very comfy and tidy too!!!
bed sheets were stained and reception said it would be changed, but it got changed eventually. the restaurant at dinner was dissapointing, overly priced and food is subpar. i was given apple juice instead of pineapple juice.

the location is very much suitable to visit the university. the hotel is situated just outside the city, convenient for travel. the hotel is near the airport and the train station.

the room was big, it had a good shower.
I walked into my room and immediately noticed a damp, musty smell. I saw a huge brown patch of water damage on the ceiling. i called reception, but i was told the hotel was fully booked and they knew about the leak above my room. they put me in a room with water damage and poor air quality. That shows a disregard ' comfort and health.
