cathedral view, wow!

ideal location helpful staff spacious areas cathedral view

the hotel's location is very nice it is so close to the cathedral and shops. i also really appreciated the helpful staff nicola and magda they explained where places were using a map. the public areas felt spacious and i liked the iron and board in my room. i had a great view from my room overlooking the cathedral!

the hotel looks shabby and it needs a facelift the bar area had peeling wallpaper it was a little disappointing

my executive double room was well furnished and very clean i definitely had a comfortable sleep. i had a cathedral view from my room i was excited. the room felt very spacious.

clean room picture window

the room was very clean. it had a huge picture window with a direct view of the cathedral, this was very SPECIAL. i had a lovely Executive Double Room with good facilities.

the carpet had some stains, i noticed this slightly.

The staff provided excellent service. The room offered ample space and a comfortable bed. The location is very convenient. Parking on-site was useful.

The bathroom showed signs of age with stains on the basin. It was a minor issue, but noticeable.

the breakfast offered a great choice of items. i particularly enjoyed the helpful staff who explained everything clearly. the hotel's location is fantastic, very central for accessing all tourist activities.

neglected hotel dated upgrade

the location was acceptable for exploring the city i found the checkout time of 12 noon good

i found the state of the hotel concerning it seemed neglected and dated serious upgrades seemed necessary it was like stepping back in time
