The food and service were acceptable.
The receptionist failed to provide information about hotel facilities at check-in. I had to figure it out on my own or ask later.

reheated chicken delivery charge
The breakfast buffet had many choices. It was quite adequate.
The room service was not good, the chicken tasted like it had been reheated multiple times and i had to pay for it before tasting it. It cost £20. i also wanted a side dish that was £3, but they wanted to charge me an extra £5 for delivery.
