a decent hotel near the airport
friendly receptionist smooth check-in good buffet overbooked hotel unavailable room unsafe carpark
nicole at reception was friendly. she was helpful too. the check-in process was smooth. the dinner buffet was good.
the receptionist explained the hotel had an overbooked situation. the king sized option i booked weeks ago was unavailable. they gave me a twin bed instead. there was no lighting in the carpark. this is not safe or secure at £16 overnight!

Convenient Stay Near Heathrow
quiet room ample spaces
this hotel is close to terminal 5. i found a quiet room, perfect for resting. the car park has ample spaces, and , made arrival simple.
the middle lift remained out of service. it seemed an inconvenience to navigate the hotel with this elevator unavailable.

i noticed plentiful parking spots were available. starbucks is accessible within the hotel premises. the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service that operates every half-hour from 4:30 am.

delicious breakfast happy staff
the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. the restaurant staff were happy to help. the taxi service to the airport was great!!!
i now have to pay a parking charge just to use the tesla supercharger.

reheated chicken delivery charge
The breakfast buffet had many choices. It was quite adequate.
The room service was not good, the chicken tasted like it had been reheated multiple times and i had to pay for it before tasting it. It cost £20. i also wanted a side dish that was £3, but they wanted to charge me an extra £5 for delivery.
