the room was a good size and the staff were friendly.
the tv in the room didn't work and i was told it was a known issue for the refurbished rooms. i don't understand why i was booked into that room.

the staff seemed very friendly and helpful . i was happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. i also liked the separate bath and shower facilities. the breakfast had great options.
the room seemed a little outdated to me. it was also cold. i had to asked repeatedly for a heater and waited hours for one. i thought there would be more pillows.

the reception staff were efficient and helpful during check-in. a welcome call to the room confirmed everything met my needs. the checkout process was swift, and the staff member was very pleasant. the hotel's location near the high street is convenient.
the car park was very tight, and spaces were limited, requiring me to find alternative parking.

quality ingredient friendly staff high air conditioning outdated room
the breakfast selection offered excellent choices and the quality of ingredients was good. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any requests i had.
the air conditioning seemed too high in most areas and was not justified by the outside temperature. the room looked a bit outdated and felt cold upon arrival.
