I was charmed by the easy access to the North terminal. It made my early flight stress-free. The room was wonderfully quiet, and i didn't hear any airport noise at all, which A HUGE plus for me. Breakfast had many choices and got me ready for a LONG travel day. Colin's friendly service at the restaurant at this hotel was superb, very appreciated.

the air-conditioning system were difficult for me to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

I found the proximity to the departure lounge convenient. The bathrooms looked gorgeous and featured quality soap, shampoo, and lotions. My room was very clean and offered great comfort after a long day of travel. The hotel provided exactly what I needed for my overnight stay near the airport.

The air conditioning was fixed at 19 degrees Celsius, and I couldn't adjust it to a lower temperature.

The location was SUPER convenient for my early flight. My Twin Room was very super clean and cozy. The staff, including Victoria, was friendly and helpful. I received AMAZING service at check-in and throughout my stay!!!

I found that the AC in my room was centrally controlled. I could not adjust the temperature. I would have liked more control over the thermostat.

the hotel's proximity to the north terminal was amazing!!! just a short indoor walk to check-in, super convenient for my early flight. i left my headphones in the family room and the staff found them so fast. they arranged for safekeeping until my return, a service i really appreciated.

The air conditioning in the bar area felt a little too cold. I would have loved if it was slightly warmer.

The room was not good because of the ground floor location. There was no heating working, so I used bedding from the other bed. I did not expect a standing argument over a crumpet at breakfast. A staff member was rude. He claimed to not have seen any white muffins or crumpets, even though they were there before. I did expect a refund, but that has not happen.
