The room size was excellent, easily accommodating my luggage and provided ample space. the staff were helpful, assisting with directions and providing information regarding local attractions. the breakfast buffet offered varied choices, i found hot and cold options to suit my preferences. i made use of the on-site parking. The convenience was a definite plus.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom.

The room had a very great size. Staff helped with a room close to the lift. The location works well for cruise passengers like me. Restaurant food tasted good and bar service was effective.

the room size suited me well. staff assistance regarding a room near the elevator made things easier for my wife. the hotel's location worked well for us since we had a cruise planned. the breakfast offered many good options.

underwhelming stay, some problems

low pressure thin wall

the location was acceptable to visit city centre.

the shower wasn't great. the water pressure was very low, it made washing difficult. also, the walls seems thin because i hear noises from other rooms clearly, this was very annoying, especilly late at night.

the hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a very large room. the room also included a balcony. the staff members i encountered were generally nice.

the shower in the bathroom was faulty. the water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding and freezing. it also took a while for the concierge team to book my cab.
