i stayed here for several nights. the location was very convenient for accessing local attractions. the staff was friendly and always available to assist with any requests. the room was well-kept and had modern amenities. i found an umbrella in the room, useful for the rainy days.

the room air conditioner was a bit noisy during the night.

The location is great for exploring attractions. It is easy to walk into the West End. Bus, tube and train connections are close too. The rooms are super clean and cozy, especially those with a river view.

On arrival, i was allocated a room that did not match the type i had reserved. Reception managed to change the room. I was told that there would be a service charge added to which i declined as i didn't have any extra service. I was charged a higher cost that included the service charge.

I stayed in a studio room for three nights. the room included a minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks. It was restocked daily. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found both very practical.

the automatic blinds in my room were a bit slow to respond! it took a few seconds for them to fully open or close.
