The hotel provided a very convenient shuttle service to the airport. My room featured a spacious layout and modern decor. The breakfast selection offered a wide variety of options including hot and cold dishes.
The gym required registration at the reception first which was inconvenient. The room lighting was somewhat dim and could have been brighter.

the room was a great size it was comfortable and had everything i needed. breakfast was an amazing buffet style it had a great selection. the location near the airport meant the shuttle was easy to navigate.
the room temperature was not controllable each time it was adjusted it reverted back to the preset temperature after a few minutes. there were no extra pillows. the wine in the bar was poor quality and overpriced and it only had post mix coke.

The family room was a good size. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The room was very modern and clean (I appreciated that).
The bar added a service charge to every bill, even for just one drink and staff did not mention this.

The hotel is very close to the airport, offering a quick drive. The on-site restaurant and bar are nice. My room was large and very comfortable.
I noticed slight noise from nearby machinery on my floor.

There is a health zone with a swimming pool and gym . I took a swim and sauna upon my arrival , a great way to relax. The indoor pool provides a nice area for hotel guests.

The hotel is close to transport links , especially to Heathrow. Bus stops are located nearby , facilitating easy travel. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport , that saves travel time.

slow check-in wrong room
The beds are REALLY comfortable. The room had a Nespresso machine. IT was perfect for an early trip to the airport.
Check-in was slow! the staff got our room mixed up. I was locked out of the room several times, and I needed staff to reprogram the key because they put me in the wrong room in their computer. I also did not like being told not to walk across the foyer to get my bus, because they wanted to do a photoshoot showing high-class people checking in, not the kids running around.
