The beds are REALLY comfortable. The room had a Nespresso machine. IT was perfect for an early trip to the airport.

Check-in was slow! the staff got our room mixed up. I was locked out of the room several times, and I needed staff to reprogram the key because they put me in the wrong room in their computer. I also did not like being told not to walk across the foyer to get my bus, because they wanted to do a photoshoot showing high-class people checking in, not the kids running around.

The room was clean. It was close to the airport.

Check-in was SLOW. I waited almost 45 minutes. The staff seemed uninterested in speeding up the process. This was especially annoying after a long flight.
