Highlights

Location: private marina in Southampton

Dining: seafood dining at The Jetty

Wellness: heated indoor pool

Event Space: accommodates up to 300 guests

“This place strikes me as ideal for anyone seeking a stylish urban escape, particularly with its lauded rooftop bar and modern design; that said, some past guests have found certain aspects losing their luster. The marina-side location and acclaimed seafood restaurant definitely stand out, but I also noted mentions of inconsistent upkeep and experiences in the spa. Overall, it seems a promising choice, but one best approached with measured expectations.”

i found the bed very comfortable. the pillows were divine. the balcony space included a good view of the surroundings.
the duvet cover had dry blood and hairs on it. it was disgusting and i had to call someone late to change it. also, my gin had stuff floating in it, maybe cloth fibers. the teaspoons weren't cleaned properly either. i cleaned one myself before using it.

Some Issues During Stay

high bedlate service
I found the bed was far too high. I had to ask for a stool so I could get in and out. There was only a digital system for hotel information. If you don't have a smartphone, there isn't any info available. Our room was cleaned in the late afternoon. At a hotel of this rating, I thought it would be done before lunch.
