i found the bed very comfortable. the pillows were divine. the balcony space included a good view of the surroundings.

the duvet cover had dry blood and hairs on it. it was disgusting and i had to call someone late to change it. also, my gin had stuff floating in it, maybe cloth fibers. the teaspoons weren't cleaned properly either. i cleaned one myself before using it.

Some Issues During Stay

high bedlate service

I found the bed was far too high. I had to ask for a stool so I could get in and out. There was only a digital system for hotel information. If you don't have a smartphone, there isn't any info available. Our room was cleaned in the late afternoon. At a hotel of this rating, I thought it would be done before lunch.

the reception team was great. the location is very close to the cruise lines. it made it easy for transportation.

there were not many hooks in the bathroom. i would have appreciated some more.
