The Manor House features 50 rooms and suites located in the main house and mews cottages. Rooms have unique designs, king size beds, handmade mattresses, and flat-screen TVs. Mews rooms offer TV with DVD player, iPod docks, and tea/coffee facilities. Some rooms have four-poster beds, roll-top baths, contemporary bathrooms, open fireplaces, or ground views. Baker's Cottage is available with 4 beds, a freestanding bath with shower, a private courtyard, Wi-Fi, and parking; dogs are allowed. The Family Junior Suite includes two super king-size beds. A Cosy room in the Mews Cottages provides wheelchair access and adapted features.

Michelin-starred dining awaits at Bybrook restaurant, serving seasonal dishes crafted from local ingredients and paired with wines selected by the Sommelier. Afternoon tea is served in the lounges or at Bybrook and offers savories, scones, and cakes, alongside a selection of teas. Casual dining is available in the Shakespeare Room, Time Bar, lounges, or on the terrace. The Castle Inn, a short walk away, offers additional dining choices.

Chippenham train station is nearby with taxi service. The hotel is 10 minutes from A350, 16 minutes from M4 Junction 17 or 18, 30 minutes from A36, and 60 minutes from A303. Parking with 60 spaces, including electric car chargers, is available.
