the room was spacious with great features. the spa and pool i found fantastic. all the staff was helpful to me. building had original features i have never seen before.

i waited a bit for my drinks outside one afternoon, around a half-hour.

i found the staff helpful and efficient with luggage and parking. check-in was smooth and quick. the crackling fire created a cozy atmosphere. christmas decorations added to the festive feel

my room felt very comfortable and warm. the grill dining room staff seemed very efficient. i thought the food was of a very good standard.

the butter was unsalted , and the black pudding was very hard. i think there should be a choice of both salted and unsalted butter.
