great location responsive hotel cute atmosphere

the location was amazing for the nec, only a short walk. i was pleased to see how cute the hotel was to four-legged guests.

the service at the bar was slower in the evenings, but i understand the hotel was fully booked, so the staff was likely trying their best.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was also fine. the executive lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere (a welcome break from the conference). the room was lovely.
